Established in 2020 and based in New York, Orchard Way Capital Partners, LP, and Orchard Way Capital Partners (UK) LLP (together known as "Orchard Way Capital") are an independent private equity group focused on the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. We target businesses involved in manufacturing, retail, distribution, and consumer goods and services within these sectors.
Our past investments in which we held majority control include:
Supermarket and convenience store chains across the U.S., Latin America, and the Middle East;
Food and pharmaceutical distribution in the U.S. and Latin America;
Consumer packaged goods businesses in the U.S.; and,
Restaurants operating either as franchisees or franchisors.
