The implementation of Orchard Way Capital’s investment strategy is reliant on the sourcing of investment opportunities in targeted sectors with attributes including:

• owners seeking a complete or a significant partial realization of their investment in businesses with EBITDA in the range of US$5-30 million;

• fundamental potential to scale and enhance profitability via sector consolidation and business combinations that provide opportunities for organic growth and synergies; and,

• a capable management team open to the operational support necessary to further optimize operations and enhance cash generation by accelerating brand growth, product development and other scaling opportunities.
